Convocation Gowns palace would want to serve you better.

The following terms and conditions create an agreement between you and Graduation Gowns Palace. By viewing, purchasing, or using any of the tools or services provided to you via convocationgowns.com site, you are bound by the terms and conditions presented. You also agree to accept and comply with these terms and conditions, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We only ship convocation gowns and other products ordered from us once payment is done or a commitment is made in email towards payment if it is “Cash on Delivery”.

Note: We are not responsible for any duty vat tax or any other fees associated with importing our products. 

If you order from overseas you must either pay any import fees and duties your home country charges or else abandon the item or receive no refund.

Please Note: Only returning customers are illegible for “Cash on Delivery”

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Send a photo of your damaged or incorrect items to by email and one of our team members will promptly work towards sending you a replacement.

We  however do not take responsibility of goods spoiled in transit, though we do our best in packaging to ensure you get the best quality.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can cancel the in-stock item order if the order does not ship out. Once it has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
  • All custom item cannot be canceled after you place the order because the order is customized only for you and cannot be re-sell.
  • If you wish to cancel an order which already ships out, you must mail the order back after you have received it as a return. Check the return policy for detail.
  • Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.
  • If you refuse to receive the order after we ship out an item, the order will be not refunded unless you return it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will only be honored if the standards of our return policy are strictly adhered to. If the exchange is acceptable, the correct item for exchange will be shipped to you once we confirm the item was returned.

  • Full-priced merchandise can be exchanged and/or returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All return or exchange need the prior authorization from us.
  • All returned merchandise will be charged 10% repacking, cleaning & restocking fee.

Please Note:  Items returned to locations other than the designated return facility will not be considered for credit. The refund doesn’t include shipping cost; also, if the return&exchange is not our fault, we shall not afford the return shipping cost.

Custom Products: We’re sorry, but custom and made to order items, or items bearing any sort of customization, cannot be returned or exchanged unless if an error from our side.

Products which can not be returned are;

  • all Special Order items
  • All personalized Order items
  • all items having 4-6 week production time.

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING RENTED GOWNS AND OTHER APPARELS

  Damaged or lost gowns will be considered sold hence you will have to pay for the same. Take a picture, email us, contact us and we will see how to help. In such incidences, call us or email us before shipping back the Convocation gowns cargo after the event.
