Order Handling Time
All Orders for “Stock Products” will ship out next day. Orders placed using Fast Shipping will ship out within 4 hours, if placed before 2pm IST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.We offer Rush Shipping options which speed up your order handling time. Expedited Shipping options can be selected during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. All orders are handled and shipped according to the handling and shipping method chosen by the customer. We are not responsible for any delivery delay if the customer has chosen an improper shipping method.
If your Order contains a “Custom” your Order Handling time will be 20 Business Days. (When ordering a “Custom” you will be prompted to “Confirm” that you are aware of our standard 20 Day Handling time.) There are no rush options available for orders with Special Order Products (custom products).

You can save Cargo charges by opting various other mode available with us for cheaper courier or cargo charges.
Out of Stock & Delayed Orders
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will inform you of the situation and let you know your options in terms of later delivery or alternate styles. We will ask whether you would like to proceed with your order or make changes to your order. No substitutions of items will be made without your prior consent. You also have the option to back-order your item(s).
International Shipping
You can check if your country is available by simulating placing an order on our website. We can also place the order over the phone if you do not find your country. However because such shipments often involve the peculiarities of the various tariffs trade and import/export laws around the globe we may not be able to ship some orders overseas due to the cost of researching the laws for that location. We reserve all rights to deny or proceed with orders shipping internationally.
Note: Delivery time and tariffs will vary from place to place since we ship global.
Pick and Drop Services
Graduation ceremonies are time sensitive and some times demand something better that normal courier services. In this case, we help you beat the event deadline through our drop and pick services. Our team will help you at the event in dressing the students as well at an extra cost.

Shipping charges only cover the cost of shipping and insurance. Graduation Gowns palace is not responsible for any customs/duty/tax/brokerage fees that may be incurred. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As these fees are assessed by each country, we are unable to quote a price for or control them. We cannot declare items at a lesser value or as “gifts.”
