Absolutely. Most of our work is automated and secure. This ensures reliability, security and fast delivery.
To cancel your order please contact us on call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
We take payment through direct back transfer, Card payment, Googlepay, paytm among other methods. More details and choices will be available during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Rates are based on Order Subtotal and location.
If you want to opt for Express delivery, you can contact us. You can check the shipping cost by simulating placing an order on our website and then canceling out of the order and empty your cart before filling in the payment information.

Yes. Ordering convocation gowns from “The house of graduation regalia” online on rent is the most efficient method. Once the order is place, we start organizing on the delivery since we understand that graduation ceremonies are time sensitive.
Convocation gowns palace ships all around the globe. Once the order is placed successfully, we will always call and verify and approval before dispatching the cargo. However, because such shipments often involve the peculiarities of the various tariffs trade and import/export laws around the globe we may not be able to ship some orders overseas due to the cost of researching the laws for that location.

Graduation ceremonies are time sensitive and some times demand something better that normal courier services. In this case, we help you beat the event deadline through our drop and pick services.
This depends on distance and quantity of the order.
We have never arrived at an event late since we plan in advance. Convocation Gowns Palace is committed to making your graduation ceremony memorable hence we sometimes deliver the gowns a day before the event.
Event and Returns
You can ship it to our address and let us know once you do it so that we can track the parcel/cargo. Contact us for details and the way forward.
Full-priced merchandise can be exchanged and/or returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges will only be honored if the standards of our Return Policy are strictly adhered to.
All Special Order items, including those advertised as having a 4-6 week production time or any item that has been personalized, cannot be returned.
Returns that pass inspection will be cleared for a credit memo. The amount will appear on your bank account within 30 days of passing inspection and carry a 15% re-stocking fee or rental fee, whichever is higher.
Soiled/torn/mutilated gowns which are on rent will be considered sold hence you will have to pay for the same. Take a picture, email us, contact us and we will see how to help.
